Small scale briquette machines

Many people asked us for help on how to choose the right small scale briquettes making machine to set up community briquette making business. At Green Heat, we transfer briquette making skills to both youths and women groups while setting up a small-scale briquette making business within the community. We offer this as a service upon purchase of our briquette machines. These small scale machines are operated by youths and women groups while the made briquettes are used within communities to improved incomes, increase adaption and awareness of alternative fuels.

The production process follows the following steps:

Stage 1 Carbonisation of waste:  Agricultural residues are piled into the carboniser and ignited in a controlled environment to produce char.

Stage 2 Crushing: The char materials which may still be of variable shape and size, are placed into the grinder or milling machine and crushed into fine particles.

Stage 3 Binding: After crushing the material into fine particles, a binding agent is mixed with water.

Stage 4 Briquetting: After drying, the briquette machine is used to compress the mixed material into finished briquette.
